Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team.
As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of accounts receivable including creating and submitting invoices, processing incoming payments, all while ensuring accuracy and timeliness and driving a positive customer experience.
Salary Range:
$55,000-$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience Eligibility to participate in discretionary quarterly bonus program Unlimited PTO 1-day WFH Fun, laid-back office environment
Responsibilities:
Full responsibility of customer invoicing for contract jobs and T&M work Applying cash receipts and making bank deposits via remote scanner Accurately entering jobs and budget information into the system including any subsequent change orders Timely preparation of waivers Communicating with clients in regards to past due invoices and/or invoice discrepancies Performing clerical/administrative functions including data entry, typing, file maintenance and document preparation Supporting other departments, as needed Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to handle confidential and business sensitive data Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team Must possess a strong attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Possess strong interpersonal skills which includes the ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing environments Maintain high energy and a positive attitude on a regular basis Ability to identify and solve customer issues and/or problems
Qualifications:
Education/Experience Associate's degree or equivalent; or at least two years related experience; or comparable combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook and Word Sage 100 Contractor knowledge experience a plus but not required Job Type:
