ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned.
Leads the formal sales and operations planning process to balance demand and supply plans in alignment with financial goals and objectives.
Establishes methods of measuring and improving supply chain performance indicators.
Leverages Oracle's Supply Chain Management eBusiness Suite in development of common analytic and planning tools and work processes.
Effectively manages and supports supply chain staff by training, developing, mentoring and coaching to support and interact with all levels of the organization to achieve set objectives.
Supports the NOW Performance System by driving lean and pull system based activities through the organization to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
Evaluates and makes recommendations on all aspects of the end-to-end supply chain to minimize landed costs.
Investigates and evaluates future systems and supply chain methodologies to keep up with best practices.
Provides independent judgment on significant issues; handles time sensitive and confidential matters.
Coordinates and maintains information, records, and resources for manufacturing and distribution facilities.
Complies with all safety and GMP requirements.
SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENTSupports a culture of safe production and exhibits safe work practices.
Actively participates in the safety program by engaging in safety activities.
Effectively provides and accepts constructive peer-to-peer feedback on safety performance.
Adheres to policies, procedures, SOP's, safe work practices, and safety policies and procedures.
Reports ALL workplace incidents to supervisor immediately.
Communicates concerns to supervisor, reports hazards, and provides input on prevention.
Properly uses, wears, and stores Personal Protective Equipment when required.
Participates on safety teams and/or completes safety-related activities as part of regular job responsibilities.
Ensures implementation and enforcement of workplace health and safety requirements.
Ensures activities are completed to communicate, promote, and enforce safe work practices by supervisors and employees to ensure injury prevention efforts are effectively implemented.
Ensures safe production methods are considered in the procurement of materials and equipment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervises Supply Chain staff.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, business or closely allied field required; in lieu of degree consideration may be given to candidates with 10
years of relevant experience.
Minimum three years of experience leading formal S&OP process required.
Prior supervisory experience required.
Five to seven years of management experience with ERP supply chain software preferred; Oracle ASCP a plus.
Broad and deep knowledge of supply chain and production processes required;Master Scheduler (Operational planning/scheduling and inventory management - MRP) skills preferred.
APICS certification CPIM and/or CSCP preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software, with Macro experience preferred.
Experience with Lean systems and/or Change Management systems preferred.
ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLSPossess strong project management skills, listening skills, and high attention to detail.
Ability to organize workload, coordinate multiple projects, and prepare documents to manage information.
LANGUAGE SKILLSPersuasive written and oral communication skills with the capability to support controversial positions, management sensitive and confidential issues, and to communicate audience specific information to any level of personnel.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSHighly proficient in supply chain analytics.
REASONING ABILITYHigh degree of analytical skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
