The ideal candidate should possess self-motivation, good organization, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer telephones, direct caller to associates as needed, and take messages Interact with walk in customers and assist with their needs Assist with service and installation scheduling Assist with general bookkeeping and record keeping tasks Receive and forward incoming mail Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and printing forms/manuals Other tasks assigned by supervisor Qualifications and skills:
High school diploma (or equivalent) Excellent and friendly customer service skills Experience working with email and Microsoft Office programs Language:
