We are looking for a positive, up-beat person with a great phone demeanor to become a part of our Patient Services Team to ensure all responsibilities are consistently met with the highest standards to provide patient satisfaction.
Experience in the dental field preferred.
Primary Responsibilities - Answer and manage all incoming calls, texts, voicemails and general office communications, including emails and chats - Schedule patient appointments and maintain daily, productive clinical schedule - Confirm dental insurance eligibility and plan benefits - Maintain 5-Star phone certification through our consulting firm (just a 2-minute monthly call is all this takes!) You will be provided with the tools and training you need for success in a fun, fast-paced environment.
