Our primary customers are Asian-Americans in multiple states throughout the Midwest, Northeast, and South.
We are hiring an office assistant/customer service representative to join our agency.
We are looking for candidates willing to learn and grow.
Position has potential for increase duties and compensation.
Job Duties Assist in answering inquiries and requests from customers regarding billing, service, and claims.
Communicate between customers and insurance companies.
Use insurance company websites to access customer information and complete requests.
Skills and Experience General computer ability with experience working with web browser software and Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to clearly communicate with customers and insurance companies.
Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required.
