Helping loan officer with completing loan application, and associated paperwork/ data entry related to loan application and process.
If you have any experience working on home loan files OR experience as loan processor, it is helpful but not necessary.
Other office assistant work as directed.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We work in a fast paced environment.
We have several real estate agents and other sales people - most of them are in & out or in the field.
You will be working by yourself half the time alone in the office.
We are looking for a long term commitment.
We will be investing quite a bit of resources training you.
You should have good knowledge about internet, basic office software such as MS Office, outlook etc.

It is important that you are punctual with time.
It is not a short term or temp job.
We are open to hire either full time (Mon-Fri 8:
30am to 5pm) or part time (4 hours a day, Mon-Fri starting late morning).
We are a financial institution.
We will run a background check on you.
You must not have any felony in your record.
No experience necessary, will be trained.
