Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify potential upselling opportunities.
Engage directly with prospects, providing product/service information, answering questions, and nurturing leads.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to maintain up-to-date records, including customer profiles, interactions, and sales pipeline data.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights for sales strategies and identify potential target markets.
Support the organization of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team when necessary.
Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and other sales-related materials as needed.
Continuously monitor and optimize sales processes, suggesting improvements and implementing efficient workflows.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a sales or tech environment.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and prospects.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as email clients, project management software, and CRMs.
Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
